Hello!
My name is Elon Donovan, but since coming to college my friends call my Lonnie, so you may as well! I am from Louisville, KY, but I've lived all over the place from Mississippi, the Caribbean, and of course Kentucky! I had moved a total of seven times! I am in my junior year as a Child and Family Psychology major and minoring in American Sign Language. I am a member of National Residence Hall Honorary, a Mental Health Peer Advocate, and I am a Resident Advisor in Sullivan. I have enjoyed learning about Deaf culture and and ASL for the past year and a half. I have such a deep Deaf culture and although I have been hesitance when it comes to communicating with Deaf people and attending events, but this semester I want to become more involved in the community!
